Se-kwang Yang Dae-chang Euljiro is a gopchang (grilled intestines) restaurant located near Euljiro 1-ga Station in Seoul. The so-daechang (beef small intestine) is crispy, while the teuk-yang is chewy with a sweet and salty soy sauce seasoning. Staff grill most of the meat for you, so there is little work to do at the table after ordering. The lunch special comes with unlimited refills of eggs and bibimbap.
