Sarangbang Kalguksu

Sarangbang Kalguksu sits a five- to six-minute walk from Exit 9 of Euljiro 3-ga Station and has served kalguksu and dak baeksuk since it opened in 1968. The baeksuk baekban brings half of a large boiled chicken together with the broth in a separate pot, while the kalguksu is cooked to order in anchovy broth with egg. There is seating on the second floor, and the chicken is deboned on request. The broth is on the salty side.
