Sandong Gyoja is an old Chinese restaurant next to the Chinese embassy in Myeongdong, Seoul, serving gunmandu and jjamppong. Its signature dishes also include ohyang jangyuk and mulmandu, and the owner and staff fold the dumplings by hand between other work. At dinner time a long line forms outside, and the seating inside is cramped, noisy and on the floor. Staff rush orders and insist on wrong orders, which is the weak point of the service.
