Samseongjib

Samseong Ppalgan Yangnyeom Sutbul Gui is a charcoal grill restaurant in the Bukchangdong food alley in Jung-gu, Seoul. It grills pork donggeurangttaeng and kkomjangeo over charcoal, and the signature donggeurangttaeng is thin pork coated in a sweet and spicy gochujang marinade. Opened in 1972, the restaurant requires frequent flipping of the marinated meat because it burns quickly on the grill. There are no desserts or side menus.
