Sam-Yeong

Samyeong sits at the entrance of Bangsan Comprehensive Market, north of Gwangjang Market between Cheonggyecheon 4-ga and 5-ga in Seoul. It serves ssam bap set meals, nakji bokkeum set meals, and jeyuk ssam bap set meals. The ssam bap comes with leafy vegetables, ureong ssamjang, and salted hairtail innards, while the jeyuk bokkeum or nakji bokkeum is served with salted shrimp and grilled fish side dishes. Doenjang jjigae is boiled at the table, and the pa kimchi and gat kimchi are made in-house; in the evening, meats such as samgyeopsal and Hanwoo can also be ordered.
