Sacheon Yakbang

Sacheon Yakbang in Euljiro 3-ga is a Korean grilled meat restaurant that serves charcoal-grilled meat over malatang. It grills daechang and makchang and pairs potato bone with a hongtang-based malatang. An open kitchen lets diners watch the charcoal grilling in front of them. The broth is based on sagol, so it is less spicy than its color suggests.
