Roga

Roga is a Chinese noodle shop on the path up and down Namsan in Seoul, serving Taiwanese beef noodles and dumplings. The beef noodles use knife-cut noodles in a clear, light broth, and can be ordered with shrimp dumplings and cucumber salad. Orders are placed and paid for first, food arrives in about seven minutes, and cilantro is provided separately on request. The small space seats about twenty people, so arriving late at lunch means a long wait in line.
