Ranju Kalmyeon

Lanju Kalmyeon is a Chinese restaurant in Myeongdong that serves dao xiao mian and guo bao rou. The dao xiao mian is made by shaving dough with a knife and comes as jjajangmyeon, jjamppong, or stir-fried noodles, while the guo bao rou has a crisp and chewy texture. The restaurant appeared on the Myeongdong episode of Pungja's Tto Gan Jip and on Life's Master. During meal times the wait can run from 30 minutes to over an hour.
