Pyeongnaeok

Pyeongraeok is an old Pyongyang-style restaurant in Euljiro 3-ga that serves Pyongyang naengmyeon and eobok jaengban. The Pyongyang naengmyeon centers on a mild meat-based broth and noodles with a buckwheat aroma. The basic side dish of dak muchim comes sweet and sour, but refills are not offered. The noodles spreading and losing their texture is a drawback.
