Ppasam

Ppasam is a pork restaurant near Chungmuro Station in Seoul that serves butter-aged samgyeopsal and tenderloin. Staff grill the meat at the table and serve it with grilled bean sprouts and kimchi. There are outdoor tables, and staff explain how to eat each cut. Cheongguk sulbap and yeolmu noodles are also available to order.
