Ppappiyong Yeontan Gopchang is a small, old-style eatery in Hwanghak-dong, Seoul, near Exit 2 of Sindang Station, where pork gopchang and makchang are grilled over charcoal. You can order one portion each of the salt-grilled and seasoned versions, served with vegetables and ssamjang, salt, and a seasoned sauce, and the meal typically ends with fried rice. Around 4 p.m. on Saturdays there is an idle period, and the dining room smelled of grilling, though less so once the gopchang arrived; yogurt is served as a dessert. The space is narrow, so it suits small groups.
