Pierre Gagnaire Seoul is a French restaurant on the 35th floor of The Grand Lotte Seoul in Seoul. Lunch and dinner courses are served in sequence: amuse-bouche, bread, main, and dessert, with the menu changing by season. A meal lasts about two and a half hours with a view of central Seoul, and staff explain the course order and the dishes. The courses offer less distinction in the food than the price suggests.
