Pho Ngon

Poeon is a Vietnamese restaurant in Seoul run by Vietnamese owners, serving southern-style pho, bun cha, and banh mi. The yangji chadol pho and hu tieu pho include fresh noodles, seafood, fish balls, meat, fish cake, and quail eggs, and cilantro comes by default. Bun cha nham is served with meat and noodles together, and bibim bun cha and banh mi can also be ordered. The broth is on the salty side.
