Pho Bay

Pho Bay is a Vietnamese restaurant near Dongdaemun Design Plaza (DDP) in Seoul that serves pho. It sits across from the DDP food court, and the narrow entrance leads down to a basement space. The restaurant draws people who stop in while looking around Dongdaemun. Service is not good.
