Pho 25 is a small Vietnamese restaurant inside Sindang Jungang Market in Seoul that serves beef pho and Vietnamese rice dishes. The pho bo and galbi pho come with clear, rich beef broth and bean sprouts, cilantro, and lemon on the side, and the menu also includes bun cha, fried spring rolls, and ti bo luoc. There are only four tables inside and four outside, so a wait forms shortly after the 11 a.m. opening, and noodles can be packed for takeout uncooked. The indoor space is cramped and becomes hot and humid from the heater and the broth pot.
