Chungmuro Pajuok is a gomtang restaurant in Chungmuro that serves gomtang, ujoktang, kkorigomtang, and doganitang. The ujoktang centers on chewy beef feet and a savory broth, while the kkorigomtang contains meaty oxtail. Kkorigomtang and doganitang come with dolsotbap instead of a bowl of rice, which forms a good layer of nurungji. The restaurant has operated for a long time, continuing after moving from the Euljiro Cheonggyecheon area to its current location.
