Oneunjeong

Oneunjeong is a galbi restaurant on Euljiro 3-gil in Jung-gu, Seoul, in the office district near Euljiro 1-ga. It serves jjokgalbi, jeyuk ssambap, and grilled fish, with the jjokgalbi seasoned in a soy-based sauce that is slightly spicy and grilled over charcoal after an initial searing. Each diner gets a doenjang jjigae, steamed egg sometimes comes as a service, and the meal ends with kimchi noodles. The interior is very loud.
