Nuriok is a Korean restaurant in the Bukchangdong food alley near Seoul City Hall that serves Pyongyang naengmyeon, beef mutguk, and cold jeyuk. Its bibim naengmyeon comes with baek kimchi as a garnish, and the beef mutguk holds large, tender pieces of meat in a cool broth. The suyuk is soft enough to fall apart when picked up with chopsticks, and it can be accompanied by spicy gat jeorim and jan sul. The naengmyeon noodles are well cooked, but the flavor is ordinary.
