Namyang Bockjip

Namyang Bokjip is a restaurant in Seoul that specialises in doenjang bok. It boils spicy jiri-tang in a doenjang broth and also serves bok suyuk and bok twigim. A reservation lets you eat quietly in a second-floor private room, and the bokkeum bap is fried separately. Prices tend to be on the high side.
