Nammun Daeseongjip

Nammun Daeseongjip is a meat restaurant on Chilpae-ro in Sunhwa-dong, Seoul. It changed from a beef restaurant to a pork-focused restaurant. Lunch sets include milmyeon jeongsik and gangdoenjang jeongsik. The milmyeon has chewy noodles and a naengmyeon (cold noodles) broth, while the gangdoenjang is made by gently cooking cheonggukjang with doenjang; both use lightly seasoned pork, so diners who prefer strong seasoning will find them mild.
