Namdaemun Saeng Sutbul Galbi

Namdaemun Saeng Sutbul Galbi is an outdoor grill restaurant at the entrance of Namdaemun Market, in an alley in front of Namdaemun, where pork galbi and pork collar are grilled. At lunch, seafood doenjang ramyeon comes with bibimbap as a basic serving, and in the evening, sweet-marinated pork galbi and beef galbi are grilled over charcoal. During lunch hours, office workers crowd in and a wait can form, and customers sit at outdoor tables and eat within the market. The outdoor seats are on an alley where cars pass, making them hot and dangerous.
