Namdaemun Japchae Hotteok

Namdaemun Myeongmul Haemul Japchae Hotteok is a hotteok shop near Namdaemun Market in Seoul. Its main item is japchae hotteok, and the dough is cooked by frying in oil rather than by griddling. During the day there is almost always a line, with waits of around 20 minutes in some cases. Because the hotteok is fried in oil, eating two is difficult.
