Namdaemun hand noodles

Ojangdong Namdaemun Son Kalguksu in Seoul serves kalguksu in an anchovy broth, along with sujebi and barley rice. The kalguksu contains chopped cheongyang chili, and orders come with a small tasting of bibim naengmyeon. At lunchtime the tables fill up, and the food comes out quickly. Ordering barley rice brings a small kalguksu on the side at no charge.
