Myeongdong-gil Sinsin

Myeongdonggil Sin Sin is a restaurant on Myeongdong-gil in Seoul that serves pa bulgogi and spicy galbi jjim, located across from Lotte Duty Free. Its signature negi bulgogi uses lightly sweet seasoning with plenty of large green onion, and the remaining broth is finished as bokkeum bap. The owner, fluent in Japanese, explains the menu, and the dining area sits down a flight of stairs. Even with a photo sign on the main street, the entrance is hard to find.
