Mugyo-dong Bugeo-guk

Mugyodong Bugeokukjip is a restaurant in Seoul that serves a single menu item: bugeohaejangguk, a dried pollack soup. It serves the soup with kimchi, chive muchim, and cucumber muchim, and refills the broth on request. Once seated, the bugeoguk arrives without a separate order, while the fried egg must be requested separately. At lunch, the line gets long and creates a wait.
