MUGUNGHWA

Mugunghwa is a restaurant on the 38th floor of Lotte Hotel Seoul in Seoul, serving Korean fine dining. Its courses run from appetizers through a main meal to dessert, seasoned lightly so the ingredients' own flavors come through. Staff explain each course, and on birthdays a window lettering or a table of miyeokguk is provided. The interior has an old-fashioned feel reminiscent of a wedding hall buffet.
