Momoyama is a Japanese restaurant in the upper floors of the Lotte Hotel main building near Euljiro and Jongno in Seoul, serving omakase, kaiseki, and sashimi. Its sushi and sashimi course brings seasonal hoe, steamed abalone, and eel ssam in sequence, with sushi paired with tea. Tables by the window or private rooms can be reserved for views of Bukhansan and Jongno during the meal. The course takes about two hours and thirty minutes and is on the expensive side.
