Melting Soul Lotte Department Store Main Branch is a burger restaurant inside Lotte Department Store Main Branch in Seoul that serves handmade burgers. The truffle burger has a strong truffle aroma, and the jambon burger comes with a perilla leaf chimichurri sauce. It is a brand collaboration between chef Lee Won-il and Kim Tae-woo of god, and the patties are juicy while the buns are soft. During lunch hours, crowds gather and it takes 25 to 30 minutes to get your food.
