Matsuya is a Japanese restaurant in the dining floor of the Shinsegae main store in Seoul, serving sushi, udon, soba, and mulhoe. The salmon sushi has no fishy smell, the hoedeopbap comes with a lot of hoe, and the tempura is fried thin and crisp. Dishes are served separately for each person, and a wait formed even at 14:00 when the food court was crowded. The udon broth and katsudon sauce are on the salty side, and the pork in the donkatsu is tough.
