Mapo Mandu City Hall Branch is a 24-hour dumpling shop near City Hall Station in Seoul that serves meat mandu, galbi mandu, sundae, and tteokbokki. The galbi mandu and the sweet, spicy rice tteokbokki are the signature items, and steam from the dumpling steamer and the smell of tteokbokki spread through the area. Because it stays open 24 hours, it works for late-night meals, and orders move quickly. Portions are small enough that one person needs to order about three items to feel full.
