Manna Son Kalguksu

Mannason Kalguksu is a Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves kalguksu and kal-mandu, a five-minute walk from Chungmuro Station Exit 1. The noodles are served in an anchovy broth with geotjeori kimchi, and in summer the menu includes a thick, rich kongguksu. Rice and ripe kimchi or geotjeori kimchi are taken from a self-service corner, and asking when ordering gets you a larger portion of noodles. Summer kongguksu sells out in the afternoon, so it has to be ordered early.
