Mangnae Hoetjip Namdaemun

Maknae Hoejip Namdaemun Main Branch is an old hoe restaurant on the second floor near the entrance of Namdaemun Market. It serves aged hoe along with mackerel mu jorim, potato jorim, ojingeo bokkeum, and maeuntang broth. At lunch, customers line up for the set menu and climb steep stairs to the second floor. The hoe is aged, not sliced to order from live fish.
