Mamas Chan

Mamaschan is a Chinese restaurant in the Euljiro underground walkway, between Euljiro 1-ga Station and Euljiro 3-ga Station. Its signature dishes are chadol jjamppong and crab bokkeumbap, and the jjamppong broth has a spicy, smoky heat. The shop is very small and the lunch line is long, so arriving at opening is necessary, and service is self-service. The noodles are firm, as if undercooked, with a core that chews like pasta.
