Rangwoo is a Vietnamese restaurant in the basement of the Rangwoo Building at 98 Huam-ro, Jung-gu, Seoul. It serves pho, fried spring rolls, and jeyuk bokkeum. The pho broth is soothing, and the fried spring rolls come out crispy with a full filling. Cilantro and kimchi can be refilled at the self-service bar, and mango jelly and hair ties are also provided, though at lunch there is a wait, so you should aim for around 12:30.
