Kim Jinho Hotteok is a snack stall inside Namdaemun Market, to the left of Hoehyeon Station Exit 5. It sells hotteok, griddled to a crisp and chewy texture. The line runs long enough that you wait 10 to 15 minutes before buying. The taste is ordinary.
