Jungnimjang Seolleongtang is a seolleongtang restaurant in Jungnim-dong, between Seoul Station and Chungjeongno, that opened in 1972. The clear gomtang is served with somyeon and rice rinsed in broth, seasoned at the table with salt, pepper, and dadeagi. Salt, pepper, and dadeagi sit at the edge of each table, and the restaurant is about a 15-minute walk from Seoul Station. Kkorijjim comes out about five minutes after ordering, and the gamy sagol smell can be off-putting if you are sensitive to aromas.
