Jungnimdong Mulgogi

Jungnimdong Mulgogi is a matured-hoe omakase restaurant on Jungridan-gil along Jungnim-ro, between Chungjeongno Station and Seoul Station. The course starts with bajirak-guk and salad with cream shrimp croquette, then moves through assorted hoe, grilled saury, futomaki and maeuntang. The composition of the assorted hoe changes daily, and the chef explains each dish while serving the course at the counter. The space is small, so seating options are limited.
