Chosun Hoetjip Euljiro is a raw fish restaurant on the second basement floor of Center One in Euljiro, Seoul. It serves assorted hoe, seafood, and jeongol, with seaweed assortments and fermented skate as side dishes and fried squid to finish the meal. At lunch, borigulbi set meals and hoebaekban are available, along with course menus. The food and its freshness are acceptable, but the prices are high.
