Jongno Sujebi is a Korean restaurant in the Bukchang branch in Seoul that serves sujebi (hand-torn dough soup), pancakes, and noodles. You can order sujebi together with flat dumplings, chogye noodles, and an assorted pancake platter. On weekday lunchtimes an office-worker line forms, and early in the morning the restaurant also sells a breakfast-only ramyeon. Staff pressure customers to eat quickly and leave, which is uncomfortable.
