Jinthemien

Jindeomien is a Chinese restaurant in Seoul that serves beef noodle soup, mala beef noodle soup, and injeolmi guobaorou. The beef noodle soup comes with a gopchang (grilled intestines) topping that carries a smoky, charred flavor, and the injeolmi guobaorou is crisp outside and soft inside with a sweet, nutty taste. It sits not far from Chungmuro Station. On weekday lunchtimes the restaurant draws a line if you arrive late, food comes out quickly after ordering, and the two-person tables and their layout make eating uncomfortable.
