Jinsim

Jinsim is a restaurant in the middle of Inhyeon Market in the Chungmuro food alley near Chungmuro Station, serving clear dwaeji gukbap and dwaeji gomtang. It tops the soup with thinly sliced Nanchuk matdon and black pork, rinses the rice in the broth, and also offers Cheongyang yuja gukbap and naeng jeyuk. Food comes out quickly after ordering, so there is almost no wait, and the long rectangular space has a bar connected to tables. Cheongyang peppers and gochutgaru are not served separately with the gukbap, so changing the flavor is difficult.
