Jinju Hoegwan

Jinju Hoegwan is a noodle restaurant near City Hall Station in Seoul that serves thick soybean noodle soup. The soup is made from smoothly ground soybeans, served with chewy noodles and one kind of kimchi on the side. At lunchtime in summer there is a wait, and the portion of noodles is generous. The staff can be brusque.
