Jindo Jip

Jindojip is a Korean restaurant on the second floor of 33 Namdaemun-ro 1-gil, Jung-gu, Seoul, above Nongmin Baegam Sundae in Bukchang-dong. It serves jjukkumi bokkeum and haemul modum loseu, with the jjukkumi paired with pizza and eaten as samhap with kijogae, beef and shrimp. A buttered grill covered in layers of cooking foil is used to cook scallops, cuttlefish, shrimp and galbit sal, while the set jjukkumi is served stir-fried. The haemul modum loseu comes in a modest portion and the proportion of beef is on the low side.
