Jikhwajangin

Jikhwajangin is a meat restaurant near Sindang Station that grills thick pork over charcoal. Its signature dishes, donmagurosal and kkot hwamoksal, are dipped in different sauces by cut, and served with tonkatsu sauce and breadcrumbs. Staff grill the meat from start to finish, and a Tableing reservation still meant waiting about an hour before being seated. Donmagurosal is limited to two servings per table.
