Jeongdong Chueotang

Jeongdong Chueotang is a restaurant in Seoul that serves chueotang alongside sotbap. Its signature donchutang combines pork spine and mudfish, landing between gamjatang and chueotang in flavor. At weekday lunch, office workers fill the room and a short wait is possible, and the meal ends with scorched rice in a hot stone pot after the sotbap. A single bowl of chueotang is large enough that finishing it is difficult.
