Jeju Sanbang Sikdang

Jejusanbangsikdang is a milmyeon restaurant in the basement of the Korea Chamber of Commerce and Industry building next to Sungnyemun in Seoul. It serves Jeju-style milnaengmyeon, bibim milnaengmyeon, mandu onmyeon, and Sanbang suyuk with mandu. The milnaengmyeon broth has little sweetness, the noodles are slightly thick, and the soup is clean. The milmyeon portions are large, the mandu onmyeon contains three large mandu, and a wait forms during lunch hours.
