Jeju Halla Haejang

Jeju Halla Haejang is a haejang-guk restaurant in the basement of Posco in Seoul, serving haejang-guk and naejang-tang. Its signature dish is naejang-tang made with beef offal trimmed by hand, and green chili peppers are placed on each table. Lines form after 11:10 a.m. on weekdays and around 11:30 a.m., and parking is free when using the parking lot. The broth is seasoned on the salty side, so it must be mixed with hot water before eating.
