Jebi Hanok is a traditional hanok Korean restaurant in Seoul that serves hangari ssambap, pork gomtang, and bossam. The kimchi stew has a deep flavor, the pork gomtang is light, and the bibimbap comes with gomtang broth. In the wood-centered space of the hanok, you can listen to gayageum performances, and side dishes are refilled self-service. The suyuk is a bit salty, so it should be eaten with vegetables.
