Jangteo Sundae Guk

Jangteo Sundaeguk in Seoul is a sundaeguk restaurant that serves sundaeguk and modum sundae. The clear broth is eaten with minced garlic and chili seasoning, along with chili and saeujeot. The sundaeguk is light and clean rather than rich, and is generally plain. The inside of the restaurant smells strongly of pork.
