Jangsuwon

Jangsuwon is an udon restaurant in Seoul that serves udon and mandu jeongol. The mandu jeongol comes with vegetables and dumplings in a lightly salted broth. The restaurant operated in Myeongdong under the name Jangsu Udon before changing its sign to Jangsuwon. The nakji bibimbap contains little octopus, and the octopus is tough enough to feel like squid.
